One day, my 19-year-old nephew approached me with a request to help him start a lawn care business. Initially hesitant due to my lack of knowledge in that industry, I told him I could assist with the office management side if he fulfilled certain requirements. I asked him to obtain his driver's license, bring in a few jobs, and if possible, bring his own equipment. Remarkably, within two weeks, he had acquired his license and secured several jobs. Impressed by his determination and work ethic, I agreed to join forces, and thus Grass Masters was born.
